I'm in the process of reserving meeting rooms for our team and would like to offer the space to as many of you as I can. It will help to know how many meetings we're planning to have and the times that work for those who will be needing the meeting room. Try to give a good indicator of how long you think your meeting will last.

It's possible not everyone will get to use the meeting room in the Expo Center, but I'm going to try to have the space reserved for as many meetings as possible!

Stoermer-Anderson, a DWP rep in Ohio, reached out to SEMCO to partner with them in a local product show. They paid for the booth, supplied the staff, etc. and we helped with signage and literature. Keep in mind when talking to your reps, that the SEMCO marketing team is glad to support them in their efforts for local trade shows. 

We have new duct calculators available for promotional give-aways! These are sturdy cardboard and pre-punched to go into a three-ring binder. 

An important note: We want to keep these in the hands of folks who are using them to specify SEMCO duct! They are not a cheap give-away that we want to pass out to everyone we have a meeting with.

It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software that enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, clients or colleagues via the Internet in real time.

In the past, Steve has taken some of the leads received from our marketing software - Hubspot - and forwarded them to each RSM. The system will now be set up so you receive the emails directly from Hubspot without Marketing screening them first. Some of you may already get the "new leads" emails this way.

For those of you who may share a territory, the email may be meant for the other person in your territory. For example, DWP Northeast Leads will go to Jerry and James. DAP Panel leads will go to all the DAP Reps, so check the territory before you follow up.

Please judge for yourself whether the lead is worth following up with. Let me know if there are any questions or if the email system does not seem to be working properly.

ExpressSelect makes it easier now to find an existing project that has been quoted.  Find Project by Proposal Number has been added to the Selection Tool.  Now if you have the Project/Quote number you can load it and go directly to it.

I will be out of the office and off the grid the week of July 3. Check your literature stock and make sure you have plenty to make it through mid July. If you will be traveling any time through July 14 and will need literature, binders, or give-aways for sales calls, please turn in your requests by June 26. Thank you! (and Erin thanks you too)

TE3, UWC, TS, TEC... we sound like an eye chart! Marketing is trying to help brand some of the wheel names to help distinguish them from our myriad of choices. Please try and use these names to help customers and reps identify our wheels better.

Also, to clarify, we are no longer using the term "EXCLU-SIEVE" to describe our 3 angstrom wheel. The preferred nomenclature is True 3Å. Here is a chart that details the wheels that have brand names. You can also download the PDF here.
